Living Hygge: Comfort Food

For this week of Living Hygge, I'm going to focus on food. In my book about Hygge, they gave a few different recipes on comfort food, but as a celiac, I had to go digging for my own Hygge recipes.  To classify as a Hygge food, it must be something that is comforting and something you take pleasure in eating. Cue treats! This often means something of the carbohydrate variety, but I've found a few foods that you can classify as Hygge and Healthy (or at least GF!). 

With winter settling in, we need to have something that provides that sense of comfort and warmth in our belly, and I think these fit the bill. I'll be trying these over the month of December.
